Al Noor Medical Centre is a UAE-based multi-speciality clinic offering 15+ medical specialities with a team of over 40 experienced doctors. Winning Patients Before They Pick Up the Phone

In UAE healthcare, 70%+ of new patient journeys begin with a Google search. Al Noor Medical Centre was largely invisible in those searches — their outdated website ranked poorly, loaded slowly, and failed to convert the visitors it did receive. New patients were being lost to better-positioned competitors before they ever made first contact.

Beyond visibility, the website's appointment process was friction-heavy — requiring patients to call during working hours to book, at a time when patients increasingly expect to self-serve digitally. The centre needed a website that earned trust at first glance and made booking an appointment as effortless as possible, 24/7.

Patient-First Website Redesign

We designed and developed a completely new website centred on the patient journey — from the moment someone lands from a Google search to the moment they book an appointment. The design communicates clinical authority and warmth simultaneously, with a clean, modern aesthetic, clear speciality navigation, individual doctor profile pages with credentials and specialisations, and prominent trust signals including patient testimonials and accreditation badges.

Online Appointment Booking System

We built a custom online appointment booking system integrated directly with Al Noor's patient management software — allowing patients to select their speciality, choose their preferred doctor, pick a date and time from live availability, and confirm their appointment 24/7 without staff intervention. The system automatically sends confirmation emails and SMS reminders, reducing no-show rates. It also provides the admin team with full booking management, rescheduling, and cancellation tools.

SEO & Google Ads

We implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy — keyword research across 15+ specialities, optimised service pages for each medical department, structured data markup for medical organisations and doctor profiles, and a technical SEO overhaul of page speed and mobile performance. We also managed a targeted Google Ads campaign focused on high-intent search terms in Dubai, with separate ad groups and landing pages for each speciality to maximise quality score and minimise cost-per-click.
