The Challenge

Building a Scalable Learning Platform in a Crowded Market

The EdTech market is intensely competitive — students can choose from Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, and dozens of regional alternatives. For EduBridge to succeed, they needed a platform that didn't just function, but delivered a genuinely superior learning experience: intuitive navigation, engaging course delivery, instant student support, and a friction-free payment process across multiple currencies.

The AI chatbot requirement was particularly critical — with a small team and a growing student base across multiple time zones, 24/7 human support was not feasible. The chatbot needed to handle enrolment queries, course recommendations, technical issues, and progress questions autonomously, escalating only when truly necessary, and do so in a way that felt helpful rather than robotic.

What We Delivered

LMS Web Application

We designed and developed a full Learning Management System from scratch — a web application supporting course creation, structured module delivery with video, text, and quiz formats, student progress tracking with completion certificates, and a student dashboard that gives learners a clear view of their enrolled courses, progress, and upcoming deadlines. The platform supports multiple instructor accounts, course bundling, and a flexible pricing system including one-time purchases and subscription plans.

AI Student Support Chatbot

We integrated a custom AI chatbot powered by an LLM (Large Language Model) — trained on EduBridge's course catalogue, FAQs, and support documentation. The chatbot handles enrolment queries, course content questions, payment support, and technical issues 24/7 in natural conversational language. It includes smart escalation logic that identifies queries requiring human attention and routes them to the support team with full conversation context — dramatically reducing support ticket volume while improving response quality for students across time zones.

Payment Integration & Enrolment Flow

We implemented a multi-currency payment gateway supporting card payments, digital wallets, and regional payment methods for both UAE and India — with automatic currency detection based on user location. The enrolment flow was carefully designed for minimum friction: a student goes from discovering a course to completing payment in under 90 seconds. We also built an affiliate and referral programme infrastructure to enable EduBridge to run cost-effective student acquisition partnerships.

Digital Marketing & Student Acquisition

We launched and managed digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn — each channel targeting a specific audience segment with tailored creative and messaging. Google Search captured high-intent course search traffic; YouTube drove awareness through pre-roll video ads on relevant educational content; Meta and LinkedIn targeted working professionals by industry and career stage. We also built a content marketing strategy including SEO-optimised blog content and email nurture sequences for prospects who had not yet enrolled.
