The Challenge

Connecting Farmers to Global Buyers

Janmay Agro was operating with no digital presence — no website, no brand system, and no tools to manage their growing network of farmers and international export orders. Procurement was manual, farmer onboarding was paper-based, and there was no centralised system to track inventory, shipments, or buyer relationships across multiple countries.

International buyers had no way to discover or verify Janmay Agro's capabilities online, and the lack of a professional digital identity was limiting their ability to compete in export markets. The company needed everything built from scratch — a recognisable brand, a platform to onboard and manage farmers, an ERP to run export operations, and a mobile-first experience for both farmers in the field and buyers placing orders remotely.

What We Delivered

Brand Identity & Logo Design

We developed a complete brand identity for Janmay Agro from the ground up — creating a logo that symbolises agricultural growth and export quality, paired with a professional green colour palette and typography system. The brand identity was applied consistently across the website, app, packaging guidelines, stationery, and export documentation to create a trustworthy, market-ready presence for international buyers.

Corporate Website

We designed and developed a fast, responsive corporate website that showcases Janmay Agro's full product catalogue — fresh vegetables, fruits, cold-pressed oils, and processed goods — along with their certifications, cold storage facilities, and export capabilities. The site is structured for international buyers with clear product pages, inquiry forms, and an export inquiry workflow integrated directly with the ERP. The site is live at janmayagro.com.

Agro ERP Platform

We built a custom ERP system tailored to Janmay Agro's farm-to-export workflow — covering farmer profile management, produce procurement and quality grading, cold storage tracking, order management, export documentation, and buyer relationship management. The ERP provides real-time visibility across the entire supply chain, enabling the operations team to manage hundreds of farmers and international shipments from a single dashboard.

Farmer Registration & Management App

We developed a dedicated web application for farmer onboarding and management, allowing farmers to register their profiles, land holdings, crop types, and expected yields directly through an intuitive form-based interface. The registration portal, accessible at janmayagro.com/app, feeds directly into the ERP — eliminating paper-based registration and giving the procurement team instant access to a verified farmer database with geo-tagged plots and produce calendars.

Mobile Application

We built a cross-platform mobile application for both Android and iOS serving two user groups — farmers and buyers. Farmers can update produce availability, check procurement schedules, view payment history, and raise support requests directly from the field. Buyers can browse the live product catalogue, track active orders and shipments, request quotes, and communicate with the export team — making Janmay Agro accessible to international clients at any time and from any location.
